ESTONIA — Construction is officially underway on the new Annika Course, with developers preparing to open the first nine holes in autumn 2027. Recent aerial inspections from early July confirm that initial progress on the new layout is proceeding as scheduled.
To accommodate ongoing development, heavy machinery including bulldozers and tractors has claimed several holes of the neighboring Stone Course. Consequently, the Stone Course has been temporarily reconfigured into a shortened 5-hole, Par 15 layout centered around the Driving Range.
New Stone Course Layout and Par 15 Specifications
Effective July 13, the Stone Course layout features five Par 3 holes:
- Hole 1: Yellow tees 119 m / Red tees 73 m (Par 3)
- Hole 2: Yellow tees 110 m / Red tees 77 m (Par 3)
- Hole 3: Yellow tees 110 m / Red tees 77 m (Par 3)
- Hole 4: Yellow tees 146 m / Red tees 72 m (Par 3)
- Hole 5: Yellow tees 113 m / Red tees 74 m (Par 3)
The new sequence begins at the former Stone Course Hole 7 adjacent to the Driving Range and finishes at the former Hole 9 near the clubhouse.
Player Guidelines and Booking Requirements
Golfers planning to play the temporary Stone Course layout should note the following operational adjustments throughout the construction period:
- Tee Times & Pace of Play: Bookings must be made in advance via Chronogolf. Tee times are scheduled at 10-minute intervals, with a recommended playing time of 45 minutes for the 5-hole loop.
- Check-In: All players must check in with the Caddiemaster prior to their round for current details and follow all updated on-course signage.
- Pricing: Special Green Fee rates will be in effect for all players for the duration of the construction process.
- Handicap Rules: General Play rounds cannot be registered on the Par 15 course, and competition scores will not count toward official handicap calculations. Local rules do not apply due to the non-eligible handicap status; however, course management recommends familiarizing with the former 9-hole course's local rules for practice purposes.
