SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY - The Aquatrols Company, a global leader in soil surfactant and water management technologies, has announced the hiring of Michael Willadsen as the new Farm Manager at Aura Farm, the company’s 10-acre research and development facility in Southern New Jersey.
Willadsen joins the company with nearly 20 years of experience in turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and agronomic operations.
Prior to taking on this new role, Willadsen spent 17 years in golf course and grounds management. He most recently served as the Golf Course Superintendent at Back Creek Golf Club in Middletown, Delaware. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong background in:
As Farm Manager, Willadsen will oversee the daily operations of Aura Farm. He will also contribute directly to product development, field trials, and agronomic research aimed at improving soil health, water efficiency, and plant performance.
