We’re recruiting | Assistant General Manager

Pannal Golf Club is creating an exciting new role within our senior leadership team, and we are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join us as we enter the next phase of the Club’s development and growth.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a broad, high-impact leadership position at the operational heart of the Club. The successful candidate will act as the General Manager’s deputy and play a key role in ensuring the Club consistently delivers an outstanding experience for its members, guests and visitors.

The role will span:
• Club operations and strategic development
• Membership and member services
• Golf competitions and events
• Hospitality and facilities
• People leadership and team management
• Budgets, purchasing and commercial performance
• Administration, compliance and operational efficiency
• Relationships with members, committees, suppliers and stakeholders

We are looking for an accomplished and commercially astute manager with strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

Experience within a private members’ golf club would be highly desirable, alongside the ability to operate confidently in a senior, member-facing environment.

The opportunity
• Full-time, permanent position
• £28,000–£34,000 salary, commensurate with experience
