Golf courses and facilities

  • Maintain the club’s reputation for quality service and hospitality.

Commercial development and marketing

  • Develop membership income, green fee revenue and golf tourism packages.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and strengthen the club’s market position.
  • Support digital marketing and communications to increase awareness and attract new business.

External relationships

  • Build relationships with tourism organisations, hotels, local authorities and other golf clubs across the Opal Coast.
  • Develop partnerships that support visitor numbers and the wider development of the club.

Competitions and events

  • Oversee the competition and events calendar, ensuring an engaging programme for members and visitors throughout the season.

About you

We are looking for a confident, commercially aware leader with the ability to manage people, finances and operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Essential requirements
