Madinaty Golf Club is preparing to host the 13th annual World Golf Awards in November 2026. The selection marks the first time the ceremony will be held in Africa, gathering global golf industry leaders, tourism organizations, and destination representatives in New Cairo from November 5 to 7.
The three-day event will conclude with a gala ceremony on the evening of November 7. Ahead of the awards presentation, attendees will participate in an itinerary that includes the World Golf Awards Classic tournament.
The tournament will take place on Madinaty Golf Club’s 18-hole, 6,900-yard par-71 championship course, designed by architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. The venue previously hosted the 2022 Asian Tour International Series. Accommodation and a welcome reception for attendees will be hosted by the Official Accommodation Partner, The St. Regis New Capital, Cairo.
Owned by TMG Golf, Madinaty Golf Club is situated within Madinaty, an urban development on the eastern edge of New Cairo. The location offers transport connectivity to Cairo International Airport and experiences year-round warm, sunny weather.
