Booth Golf & Leisure has opened a new site in West Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, initiating a three-year golf development project designed by Gaunt Golf Design Ltd. The project aims to upgrade the site’s existing course layout and introduce modern practice facilities.

Key Project Features

The development plan focuses on course enhancements and expanding practice options for golfers. Key components of the project include:

• Two years of soil import works to establish the foundation for upcoming structural improvements.
• Remodeling of two existing golf holes to improve overall playability and layout flow.
• Construction of a state-of-the-art driving range to offer modern practice facilities on site.

Timeline and Next Steps

Following the initial two-year soil import phase, an additional year will be dedicated to finishing works. The primary objectives are to deliver more playable fairways and a modernized driving range.

Representatives involved in the project stated:

"The aim is to create more playable fairways and deliver a modern driving range that adds real value to the site. Projects of this scale require careful planning, expertise and collaboration at every stage, and we're proud to be involved from the outset."

They added:

"We look forward to seeing the site develop over the coming years and sharing updates along the way."

Updates on the site's progress are expected as development moves forward over the next three years.
