PROVENCE-ALPES-CÔTE D’AZUR, FRANCE — Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort has officially retained its Michelin-star rating for its flagship gastronomic restaurant, Le Faventia, according to an announcement made on March 23, 2026.
The one-star distinction solidifies the resort’s standing as France’s top-ranked golf destination and a global leader in luxury hospitality. The rating recognizes the restaurant’s "immersive culinary experience," which blends Provençal terroir with high-end service.
Marc Delauné, President of the five-star resort, described the retention of the star as a "momentous achievement."
"To be recognised once again underscores our unwavering commitment to providing an unparalleled experience for our guests, members and residents, whether they are here for our acclaimed golf courses, world-class gastronomy or to retreat into the natural beauty of the Provencal hills," Delauné stated.
Chef Quentin André has led the kitchen at Le Faventia since 2024. This year, his signature dish earned a Coup de Cœur nomination from the Michelin Guide inspectors. André credited the success to a collective effort and a focus on regional integrity.
"The distinction illustrates the commitment we put into our cuisine – always selecting local, seasonal produce – and encourage us to continue our creative and sustainable approach," André said.
Terre Blanche is situated on a 300-hectare estate near the French Riviera and offers a comprehensive luxury experience:
Located 45 minutes from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, the resort remains a primary destination for international travelers seeking a blend of elite sport and "world-class gastronomy."
