Pin Vision has announced a partnership with HowDidiDo.com and intelligentgolf to combine digital scoring with GPS course mapping and pace-of-play monitoring within a single member application.
The collaboration connects digital scorecards with live pin positioning, allowing golfers to manage general play and competition rounds without switching between multiple mobile applications.
Golfers using the HowDidiDo and intelligentgolf applications will receive GPS distances calculated from pin locations updated directly by club staff. Greenkeeping teams can update flag positions in real time to adjust the yardages displayed to players.
In addition to pin-specific distances, the integrated platform provides:
HowDidiDo’s Google Play listing states that its application connects over one million golfers across more than 2,000 clubs in the UK and Ireland. The announcement did not confirm whether the integrated features will be accessible to all users and clubs immediately.
For golf facilities, the integration consolidates course operations into the existing scoring setup. Greenkeeping staff can log daily flag placements, while club operators can access historical pin data and heatmaps to review green usage patterns.
Club management can also track pace of play across the course, monitor player activity, and issue notifications directly to golfers during their rounds.

“From the beginning, our ambition has been to develop technology that genuinely improves the golfing experience for players while giving clubs practical tools to manage their courses more effectively. This partnership with HowDidiDo and intelligentgolf allows us to place those capabilities into the hands of an even larger golfing audience,” said Luigi Goria, co-founder and COO of Pin Vision. |

HowDidiDo and intelligentgolf are owned by ClearCourse Sports & Leisure.

“For us, this is about giving clubs one less thing to manage and members a better experience on the course,” said Vanessa Machin, managing director of ClearCourse Sports & Leisure. |
Machin noted that embedding Pin Vision’s GPS and pace-of-play features directly into the existing scoring software eliminates the need for separate applications for golfers or standalone platforms for club staff.
The announcement did not outline a rollout schedule, participating club locations, pricing details, or specific access terms.
